Opening a Compressed Attachment File  :

Arabianlink Tours send its Pricelist as compressed  attachment files in .rar format because of its size

 Here is the simple step by step guide to open the file :

1.You will receive the email attachment as below :

2. Right Click On Attachment & Save the Attachment to Desktop (or any desired folder):

3.To Open the Attachment from the Desktop with Winrar Application ,

If The Application is not already installed in your system please install the software from any of below link:

4.After Installation of Winrar, Extract with or Open with   Winrar Application your save file on the desktop:

If you extract the file with winrar as above you can find the excel file on desktop :

4B: Open With

If you open with , you can view the file as below : 

open the excel file from application or save it to destination folder

5. The opened excel file can be viewed as below :

Note : Although this is a simple procedure , some people find it difficult to open this file for first time
